Staying in the basement of a parking garage as a family in Flims felt a bit overpriced despite the small window and heat. However, the excellent service and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable with well-organized options. The location couldn't be better for ski enthusiasts with easy access to facilities and a convenient shuttle service. The dining experience was great, but leaving food waste on the table after breakfast was not ideal. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives for our stay.
